Welcome to our support center for our E-Bay Sales. If there is anything that we need to improve upon is our e-mail correspondence. We've developed this center to help with our customer communication and help answer your questions before you have to ask them.

Important Information

Please DO NOT send multiple payments if we are combining your order.  It takes much more time to organize multiple payments for one large order and in most cases are charged additional fees for multiple payments. If multiple payments are received all orders will be shipped out separately with the full shipping rate.

Please allow at least 24 - 48 business hours to process your payment once it has been made.

Tracking information is sent automatically by our system within 24 hours of your order shipping, DO NOT contact us for tracking information unless there is an apparent error. We are closed on weekends and have no shipment pickups, which means orders are not processed during that time.

Please read the FAQ page and check your e-mail before contacting us with your questions. Please consult the International Orders section if you are an international customer.

On  E-Bay transactions you must complete the sale inside of our checkout to have your order processed without delays.

You can go to your local post office/bank/convenience store (I.E. 7-11) to purchase a money order or cashier check. DO NOT send us cash through the mail. We have had many problems with cash in the past and do not want to deal with the aggravations it may cause. You send cash at "YOUR OWN RISK".   You can go to your local post office/bank/convenience store (I.E. 7-11) to purchase a money order or cashier check.  If you send check, we hold your order for 2 weeks (No Exceptions!). If this will cause problems, please send money order, pay via credit card, or Paypal.

NOTE: Going though checkout for Paypal will ONLY indicate your future payment plans and will not submit payment automatically from our system. You have to manually go onto the Paypal website at http://www.paypal.com to enter you account information and submit payment to us.

You can pay for your order with your credit card directly through our company. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, and Discovery). You can provide your information directly over our checkout or call us toll free at 888-892-7846 Mon-Fri 10-5pm Est. Before calling please have your item number, and billing information ready.

Combining Freight With Multiple Auctions

Only For Continental USA Customers using FEDEX GROUND

Yes, combining freight is an option if your the auctions your bidding on all end within 48 hours of each other. If you have multiple items please wait for all auctions to close before completing payment. Please pay for all the items in one payment as we are charged additional fees for multiple payments. If multiple payments are received all orders will be shipped out separately with the full shipping rate. We combine the freight with the following formula:

Item 1 (most expensive) You pay 100% of fixed freight amount

Items 2 - 5 You pay 50% of the fixed freight amount

Please note this is for continental USA only. All others please check specific category.

Note: Combined shipments are not available for all products.

Inside of the auction of the item, will be a link to the shipping calculator. Every product may have a different shipping price depending on what it is, and the link to the calculator inside of the actual auction will be accurate. This may not always display the multiple item discounts, you will have to visit the checkout for the discounts to be calculated and displayed.

Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and US Territories

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO and PO Boxes. However, due to the slightly higher shipping rates, extra forms, and labor we charge  slightly more money for most products. When shipping to an APO/FPO boxes shipping times are greatly increased.

Inside of the auction of the item, will be a link to the shipping calculator. Every product may have a different shipping price depending on what it is, and the link to the calculator inside of the actual auction will be accurate.

Shipment Methods/Tracking

All orders ship within 48-72 business hours of payment received. Please note that personal checks are held for 10-14 business days. Tracking will be provided for FEDEX and UPS shipments. This will be e-mailed to you at the end of the day that it ships.

Please include your physical shipping address for FEDEX/UPS shipping. They do not deliver to PO/APO/FPO boxes.

Please Do Not  contact us for tracking info, our system will send you tracking information automatically. Once the order is shipped you should receive an email from them containing the tracking information.

We are not responsible for shipping transit times. Once the package leaves our hands, we cannot be held liable for it. FEDEX/UPS and USPS

International Orders

We offer many different options for our international customers. Please visit the shipping calculator for each item for the methods available and pricing.

Please do not request that we send the package as a "gift", because we can't.

Shipping outside the Continental USA is EXTRA! Please visit the shipping calculator for each item for the methods available and pricing. If we do not receive the appropriate funds for international shipping your order will be delayed.

We Do Not  accept credit card from international customers because of the liability we hold when we charge your card. We only accept American currency from any type of payment.

Warranty

We do not offer any additional warranties on our products. Some products carry a manufacture's warranty. Each situation will be treated separately. Please contact us at surport@tgmskateboards.com, with any problems.

Return Policy

Every Return Must be first approved by us. We will not pay any return shipping amount. Original shipping costs are non refundable. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to every returned item.

If you send us back something, without our approval, we will refuse it!!
